Directions from North & A59

Proceed into Preston on A59 from Junction 31 of the M6 up Brockholes Brow to the cemetery roundabout. Go straight across this roundabout and down New Hall Lane. At the end of New Hall Lane there are traffic lights opposite Homebase, where you turn left and immediately right, through another set of lights, into Queens Road.  Proceed down Queens Road and straight over a mini roundabout onto Avenham Lane. Carry on this road, passing a multi-storey car park over various speed humps before the road bears to the right and becomes Ribblesdale Place. Our offices are approximately ¾ of the way down Ribblesdale Place on the left hand side (notice the bay window with sale particulars on view). Turn left through a restricted height archway to the car park at the rear.

Directions from the South & M65

Leave the M6 at Junction 29, at its Junction with the west end of the M65, and turn left towards Preston. Carry on past Five Rings (B&Q to the left, Sainsbury’s to the right) to the roundabout and take the third exit (A6 dual carriageway). Stay on the A6, proceeding straight across the next three roundabouts and past the Capital Centre (Retail Park) on your left hand side. Cross the River Ribble on the A6 London Road, up the hill towards Preston City Centre. At the next major set of lights (before Homebase) take the left-hand filter lane into Queens Road and then follow directions as above.

Directions from Southport & West

Come into Preston on A59 northbound, through Penwortham, following the City Centre signs. After passing under the main west coast railway line, get into the right hand filter lane but only turn right at the next set of lights, opposite Staples, with the new Premier Inn Hotel on your right. Proceed up Lune Street into the “shared space” system where you turn right and then immediately left into Chapel Street. Follow the road through Winckley Square and then round to the left into Ribblesdale Place. Our offices are then on the right after some 60 metres. Turn right through the restricted height archway to the large car park at the rear.

By Rail

Preston’s railway station is situated on the West Coast Main Line and has good connections to the whole of the north west of England and the rest of the country. Our offices are only 10 minutes walk from the station – leave the station by the main entrance, proceed up onto Fishergate. Turn right along Fishergate – the main shopping street in Preston City Centre. Proceed along Fishergate turning right at Thomas Cook into Chapel Street. Proceed along Chapel Street along the side of Winckley Square and at the far end of the road bear left into Ribblesdale Place.The office is approximately 20 yards along Ribblesdale Place on the right hand side.
